答：這一中保，既然要使上帝與人和好，就必須自己既是上帝又是人，且在 一個位格之中，使每一性都各盡其職，作為整個位格的工作為我們而被上帝悅納（太1:21，23；3:17；來9:14），並且成為我們的依靠（彼前2:6）。
