答：在新約之下，恩典之約的實體（基督）顯明出來，這同一恩典之約過去 是、現在仍然是藉著聖言的傳講（可16:15）、洗禮（太28:19－20）和聖餐（林前11:23－25）的施行而施行的；其中，恩典和救贖更豐盛、更顯明、更有果效地向列國萬民發出（林後3:6－9；來8:6，10－11；太28:19）。

But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away: How shall not the ministration of the spirit be rather glorious? For if the ministration of condemnation be glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory. Hebrews 8:6, 10-11. But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.... For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people: And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest. Matthew 28:19. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.
