答：在新約之下，恩典之約的實體（基督）顯明出來，這同一恩典之約過去 是、現在仍然是藉着聖言的傳講（可16:15）、洗禮（太28:19－20）和聖餐（林前11:23－25）的施行而施行的；其中，恩典和救贖更豐盛、更顯明、更有果效地向列國萬民發出（林後3:6－9；來8:6，10－11；太28:19）。

林後3:6-9 他叫我們能承當這新約的執事，不是憑着字句，乃是憑着精意；因為那字句是叫人死，精意是叫人活(「精意」或作「聖靈」)。 那用字刻在石頭上屬死的職事尚且有榮光，甚至以色列人因摩西面上的榮光，不能定睛看他的臉；這榮光原是漸漸退去的；何況那屬靈的職事豈不更有榮光嗎？若是定罪的職事有榮光，那稱義的職事，榮光就越發大了。
來8:6 如今耶穌所得的職任是更美的，正如他作更美之約的中保；這約原是憑更美之應許立的。
來8:10-11 主又說：「那些日子以後，我與以色列家所立的約乃是這樣：我要將我的律法放在他們裏面，寫在他們心上；我要作他們的 神，他們要作我的子民。他們不用各人教導自己的鄉鄰和自己的弟兄，說：『你該認識主；』因為他們從最小的到至大的，都必認識我。

But if the ministration of death, written and engraven in stones, was glorious, so that the children of Israel could not stedfastly behold the face of Moses for the glory of his countenance; which glory was to be done away: How shall not the ministration of the spirit be rather glorious? For if the ministration of condemnation be glory, much more doth the ministration of righteousness exceed in glory. Hebrews 8:6, 10-11. But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.... For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people: And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest. Matthew 28:19. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost.
