36問：誰是這恩典之約的中保？
答：這恩典之約的惟一中保就是主耶穌基督（提前2:5），祂是上帝的永恆之子，與父同質同權（約1:1，14；10:30；腓2:6），及至時候滿足，降世為人（加4:4），從那時起就一直是上帝和人，兩性全然不同，存於一個位格之中，直到永遠（路1:35；羅9:5；西2:9；來7:24－25）。

提前2:5 因為只有一位 神，在 神和人中間，只有一位中保，乃是降世為人的基督耶穌。
約1:1 太初有道，道與 神同在，道就是 神。

羅9:5 列祖就是他們的祖宗，按肉體說，基督也是從他們出來的，他是在萬有之上，永遠可稱頌的 神。阿們。
西2:9 因為 神本性一切的豐盛，都有形有體地居住在基督裡面，
來7:24-25 這位既是永遠常存的，他祭司的職任就長久不更換。凡靠着他進到 神面前的人，他都能拯救到底；因為他是長遠活着，替他們祈求。
