73问：在上帝的眼中，信心如何使罪人称义呢？
答：在上帝的眼中，信心使罪人称义，
（1）绝不是因为随之而来的其它美德，或信心所结的善行的果子（加3:11；罗3:28），也不是说信心这一美德、或信心的行为可算为他的义（罗4:5，比较罗10:10）；
（2）只是因为信心是器皿，罪人由此接受基督和祂的义，并运用在自己的身上（约1:12；腓3:9；加2:16）。

问：信心如何使罪人在神面前得称为义？
答：信心使罪人在神面前得称为义，
（1）并非因为那些必与之俱来的其他恩惠，也不是因为信心所结的善行之果，也不是因为将信心的恩惠（或因之而来的行为）归算在罪人身上，使他称义；
（2）只是因为信心是媒介工具，罪人借此领受并支取基督和祂的义。
