22问：全人类都在亚当的首次犯罪中堕落了吗？
答：因为上帝与亚当立约的时候，亚当作为众人的代表，不仅是为自己，也 是为他的后裔立约，所以那藉常例而生，由他传下的全人类（徒17:26），都在他里面犯了 罪，在他的首次犯罪中与他一同堕落了（创2:16－17；罗5:12－20；林前15:21－22）。

答：因为亚当是全人类的代表，所以，上帝与亚当所立的约，不只是为亚当自己，也是为了从他而出的所有后裔。因此，在亚当最初的过犯中，众人都在他里面与他一同犯罪，一同堕落了。

林前15:21-22 死既是因一人而来，死人复活也是因一人而来。 在亚当里众人都死了；照样，在基督里众人也都要复活。
