68問：惟獨選民得蒙有效的恩召嗎？
答：所有的選民，而且惟獨他們，得蒙有效的恩召（徒13:48）；儘管其他人或許，也經常是，藉著上帝聖言的服事，蒙受外部的呼召（太22:14），並且有聖靈的普通運行（太7:22；13:20－21；來6:4－6）；但他們故意忽略、輕視向他們所顯明的恩典，就被公義地棄置於他們自己的不信之中，絕不會真正地歸向耶穌基督（約12:38－40；徒28:25－27；約 6:64－65；詩81:11－12）。
