  我不忙

   當朋友問候我們近況的時候，
   我們總會說忙！
   忙代表重要，意味著自己有價值。
   但說忙其實要感到羞愧。

   因為它暗示了自己內在的混亂和失序，
       以及連帶而來的疲憊、壓力和焦慮。
   忙使精神疏離、性靈呆滯、感覺停頓。
   忙更代表人作為主體的淪落，
       意味著自己的工具化。
       自由在忙碌中徹底喪失。
   忙還是一種怠惰 ──
       疏於打理自己、探索人性。
       忙是存在的遺忘。

   忙是社會集體的罪惡。
   我們不斷地將業績目標加給別人，
   也讓自己像一顆不停打轉的陀螺。
   忙，從偶而和不得已，
   成為常態和社會習慣。

   但生命的成熟卻在閒暇與自由之中。

   閒暇，不是為忙碌或衝刺作準備，
   也不是充電，或為了走更遠的路。
   閒暇，就是閒暇。
   它只屬於自我。
   閒暇中只作一件事  ──
       就是追尋及探索自我。

   自由則讓此一過程沒有界限。
   它保障了閒暇。
   沒有自由，自我根本走不出大門，
   閒暇就變成了只是無聊的關禁閉。

   閒暇必須超越功能和效益的思考，
   在其中 ──
       創造，是遊戲的結果；
       運動，僅為了身體的饗宴；
       閱讀，也只出於認識的激情。
   它進入一個無「用」的世界，
   並由此敲開自由的大門。
   生命不隸屬於用途。
   作一個無用的人，就是作自由的人。

   生命中最珍貴的內涵 ──
       譬如，情愛與美善；
   文明裡最精華的要素 ──
       譬如，創造和藝術，
   總是既無用又忙不來的事物。

   朋友，告訴你自己：

我不忙。
