答：圣经主要教导的就是人对于神所当信的真理，和神所要人当尽的本分。

A. The scriptures principally teach what man is to believe concerning God, and what duty God requires of man.

略解：为了达到我们生活的主要本分，有两件事必须知道：我们该信什么？我们该作什么？这两件事，圣经都为我们解释得十分清楚，告诉我们神是怎样的神，他曾为我们作了什么，他吩咐我们作什么，对我们现在与未来都有好处。

答：新旧约圣经就是神的圣道，是信仰与顺服的唯一准则。
