一天走兩個名人，還真的不常見。幾天之隔，走兩個名人，是有過的，比如香港回歸後的哪個夏末秋初，黛安娜公主與德蕾莎修女一周內先後謝世，著實讓黑白分明的歐亞劇場認真演繹了兩番生離死別的悲情。

查理天使之後發拉-福色特早上走了，六十二歲，死於癌症。歌王邁克-傑克遜下午走了，五十歲，死於心臟停博（嘿！有不停博的死法嗎？）。兩位名人活得都不到中國人所說古來稀的年歲。福色特死前不久才跟她兒子的父親結婚。傑克遜留下了一屁股的債務（據說多達四億美元）。唉！會過日子啊。死的時候，債權人都依依不捨。

名人的死，地球人都知道。君不聞，古狗搜尋引擎一時間也應付不了網蟲們的好奇。

我更關心的，不是名人的死（或者是誰誰誰究竟死定了沒）。坦白些說，我更關心不出名的凡人之死。凡人數量大得驚人啊。屈指一算，地球人現時平均一秒鐘死倆生倆（有疑問的話，去算算六十億人口除以九十年苦短人生）。也就是說，一日二十四小時之內，有十七八萬人走了，走得無聲無息，絕大多數只有死者的親朋好友知道。

人生不滿百，常懷千歲憂啊。這麼多的死人，死後都怎麼個安置法？人真的一死百了嗎？還是真有靈魂另去了一個世界？活人瞎猜死人的事，難免吃不准，除非有死人活過來如實通告那邊的事情。

看來，死亡這扇門，非親身經過而無從知曉門那邊光景如何了。一想到某一天要跟自己的身體和親人道別，心裡還真有點那個。

但新約聖經里的保羅在監獄書簡里宣稱：我活著就是基督，我死了就有益處。

這不象是二十年後又是一條好漢的死前豪邁。如果耶穌真是基督，那不僅死人可能有救，活人也可視死如歸了。

死亡啊死亡，你別狂傲。咱們走著瞧，看最後誰笑誰。
